too much water flushes the system of salt essential for the brain to function properly. My family doctor says it's likely attributed to over-hydration. I experienced this about seven or eight times in one day passed out the one time for about 15 seconds took about a minute to recover. They last about 30 seconds and after it’s over I still feel off for a few hours. Nauseated and like a kind of warm sensation down my throat. I get lightheaded and like this weird hazy feeling all over. But every now and then I’ll google my symptoms in various ways of wording and today I came across this website and thread! But mine always starts with like a smell or something I look at that looks somewhat familiar and it’s like something goes wrong in my brain while I’m trying to remember. I had no idea that other people have this feeling and I always have the HARDEST time trying to describe it to doctors and just other people in general. It starts as like my brain is trying to remember something is why I’ve ALWAYS called it deja vu that makes me feel sick. I am so glad I found this thread!! I have had the “deja vu” since I was about 14 years old. For health care people tend to travel abroad. It's not so serious that i think i should travel to just get a simple scan, as i've noticed hundreds of people online seem to have the same problem.according to research it maybe "Temporal Lobe Epilepsy" and it seems to be very common.Anyone else find something else? I like in a country that isn't known to have the best doctors, so i'd prefer not to go, 'cause they're stupid enough to tell me "there's nothing wrong with you" or just simply laugh. Afterwards i have a light yet bad headache. I can be anywhere or doing anything and suddenly some things become familiar, like i've seen it a film or in my dreams, and then i become light headed followed with nausea, it can last as long as 1min. I am currently 17 and i have had "Deja Vu" for about 4 years.
